The Historic Clinton cottage was built in 1926 and sits on a treed lot in the heart of Kessler Park. The client came to Shelly Cotter Designs requesting a few updates but after several discussions, the group agreed to embark on an exciting journey to renovate the entire first level. We were intentional in preserving the essence of the 1926 architecture while creating a lighter, brighter atmosphere that beautifully showcases their curated art collection.
