INTERIOR DESIGNER (LEAD)
We are seeking an Interior Designer who can run projects from start to finish, executing and overseeing every step to complete each project. This is an autonomous role for a self-starter. We provide training, mentoring, a collaborative community, systems, trade accounts and a robust business structure to support your focus on exceptional design and the joy-filled customer experience. Requirements
-
Minimum of 7 years in interior design role
-
Minimum of 3 years as Lead Designer, running interior design projects from start to finish

Bachelor’s Degree
-
A great design sensibility and strong portfolio
-
Outstanding technical skills with strong knowledge of CAD, Google/Microsoft Office, Studio Design or similar software, Canva/Photoshop + a quick learner on tech/software
-
Ability to focus on multiple projects in various stages of development
-
Ability to work autonomously and manage associates as needed
-
Ability to communicate design ideas and direction and being the main contact with clients
-
Experience communicating with vendors and trades
-
Experience with full service residential interior design, renovations and new builds
-
Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills
-
Reliable car and valid driver’s license to go to and from project sites, showrooms, meetings, etc.

Reliable computer and WiFi to utilize our web based systems

Experience finding and pitching potential clients is a huge plus

• Ability to translate design concepts into design drawings using AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of construction details including millwork
• Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER
We are seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Manager with excellent written and oral communication skills.
This person will need to organize and supervise all administrative activities, which facilitate the smooth running of the business. They will be expected to carry out a range of administrative, procurement, IT-related and administrative tasks. Ultimately, this candidate would be responsible for ensuring the virtual office runs efficiently.

Manage CEO’s email Check and sort virtual mailbox

Monitor and order office supplies (business cards, stationery, ink cartridges)

Research, establish and maintain relationships with vendors (florists, caterers, insurance carriers, etc.)

Schedule vendor presentations

Research, procure and maintain business software, proactively making suggestions about improvements needed with processes and tools

Manage office calendar and CEO appointments

Manage Google Drive and file docs in correct areas

Organize and maintain a detailed list of contacts, cross-referencing excel, and design software

Interfacing with business and personal contacts (including on the phone, in-person, and over email) in an polished, professional, and discreet manner
